Had an awesome stay with friends! We kicked things off with a fun interactive exhibition and sipped welcome drinks. Later, we enjoyed a detailed tour of the distillery, learning all about the manufacturing process. The breakfast was really nice, and the staff were welcoming. Don’t miss out on their central location and free parking.

In my children’s opinion, the noise from the street was distracting during the night. It would be great to have better soundproofing in the rooms, especially for families needing a good night's rest.

the breakfast was excellent and the room was comfortable, allowing me to easily explore nearby landmarks like the Bakewell Love Locks Bridge, just a few steps away, and the charming Bakewell Old House Museum, only 700 meters down the road.

What a wonderful stay! The breakfast was hands down the best I've ever had, and the cozy atmosphere really made it special. Plus, I loved the vegan options available for dinner!

the castle inn is in a fantastic location right in the centre of the beautiful town. we had a lovely, warm, clean double room that was tastefully decorated. the staff were super friendly, and they even treated our dog to water and biscuits at breakfast, which was a nice touch!
